Quinn

One of Alison's friends, Quinn, told me that she had a pin-up like picture on her myspace and would love it if I drew it up for her. I of course was more then happy to get started on it since one of my favorite subjects to draw is the female form. So here's Quinn and you can expect clean lines and colors to follow. I don't know how soon I will get the colors done because this Saturday I am moving to Pacific Heights in San Francisco for school. I've been in the process of packing things up and getting ready to move. I'm totally stoked though and can't wait. You'll be seeing a lot of new work from me when I start school and I'll be sure to update a lot.

Knight Diner - Mary Sue

I actually got the colors finished up and thought I'd post my results.  I'm contemplating on putting a background in and I think one would make the character pop a lot, but I haven't quite come to a good conclusion on what I'd put back there.  Any ideas would be cool and appreciated.  I thought about maybe putting a small diner scene in or maybe putting her outside of the building delivering a sunday to someone.  I'm not sure yet, but I like how this turned out and had fun working on it.

iMac Inspires Mary Sue

My new iMac has arrived and I can't explain how much I love this thing. With all of this new creative technology before me it gave me a boost and I'm back into the swing of things.

Out of nowhere I decided that I wanted to draw a hot waitress chick serving an ice cream sundae because I love ice cream and hot chicks, haha. While I was drawing I came up with the slogan serving up creative deliciousness since 1985. I want to put a retro 1950's or 60's sign behind her with lights and then on the top I think I'm going to add Knight Diner to complete it. I think it's going to be lots of fun.

The Resident Evil one is in the works. It's just a little more tedious because I have to make sure everything looks like it's suppose to. Anyway, I hope you like this one and you can expect inks and colors soon. Promise!

I Know What You're Thinking

"Adam you said you'd give us some new work every week." Yep I sure did, but things have been a little crazy. I went on a two week vacation with my family that ate up all of July and work has been busy. I am working on the inks for my resident evil picture and I have a video project in the works too that I've been working on here and there for a while. So there's a few things coming. I need to do some more sketching. I've just been a little out of it lately. When I'm at home it's hard to find the energy to work on things. I'm also getting things ready for when I move to San Francisco. I've also been holding out on some of my projects on my PC lately because I'm waiting for my new iMac to come in, which I'm pretty excited about. It's my first Mac and my software already came in. I got Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium for it. It should be in this Tuesday at the latest and I can't wait to get it all set up and play with all of its new features. I haven't gotten a new computer in the past 5 years so everything should run amazing on this thing. I got it maxed out with 4 GB of Memory and 1 TB of hard drive space, which will be so nice. :)
